The Holiday Inn Ufa hotel belongs to the Intercontinental Hotel Group. The hotel features 193 rooms, five conference halls and eight configurations of halls. The total area of the facility amounts to 15.5 thousand square metres.

Holiday Inn Ufa hotel was built for the 2015 SCO and BRICS summits, which posed further requirements for the facility to be put into operation and demanded higher reliability the infrastructure, which would correspond to the high level of state occasions.
