Long-term Cooperation with Belgorodenergo

Belgorodenergo is a subsidiary of MRSK Center, the second largest Russian company in the distribution sector in terms of profitability. It is a leading Russian energy provider supplying electric power to thousands of homes and businesses in the Belgorod region in western Russia.

For nearly a decade, BELTEL has been implementing successful IT projects at Belgorodenergo. The projects include modernization and expansion of the company’s Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) network, the development of a corporate communications network, and the design of a corporate contact center which provides outsourcing services to companies in the region.
