Working on ELV systems, we give very high priority to ensuring building accessibility for people with disabilities. This includes adding customized interfaces and devices to standard utility systems, as well as designing ad hoc systems intended to provide accessible, comfortable and safe environment for all groups of people with disabilities.
In the first place, these are the systems that are designed to ensure safety of the disabled in emergency situations. To achieve this, special audio, visual and vibrating alert devices are added to standard alarm and PA systems. Such alert devices are placed in all areas where people with disabilities can be present, including sanitary facilities and domestic premises. Quite often, especially, in dealing with large or complex public spaces, it is necessary to use wireless alert systems sending alert signals to individual portable devices, such as bracelets, fobs, neck strap units, etc.
Moreover, all the safety areas for disabled designed by architects are fitted with voice communication equipment connected to the security control room.
To ensure accessibility of services in public areas and buildings, especially, in hotels, there are emergency call systems that allow to request help of trained personnel when such help is needed. Very often, the design on such systems, as well as their functionality, must meet special requirements.
A very special category of accessibility solutions is the information systems that allow people with impaired vision or hearing to get access to the information they need when and where they need it. These solutions include various radio and induction loop systems sending signals directly to standard hearing aids, as well as solutions based on WiFi assess point and mobile applications for smartphones.
“Having built a large number of complex ELV systems for customers from different industries, including retail, sports and entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing, transportation, etc., we have put together a list of field-proven solutions for all kinds of projects. Our solution portfolio includes both affordable and premium products, but all of them are designed with the focus on one most important thing, i.e. safety and convenience of all people with disabilities.”
