• Project Design – this division develops complete sets of project documentation for all the systems to be delivered
• Project Management – this department is in charge of resource planning, supervision, and customer and subcontractor (if any) management
• Implementation – this department is responsible for all pre-commissioning and commissioning operations, system integration, and all the other activities related to system start-up
• Customer Support – this unit is in charge of 24x7x365 warranty and post-warranty maintenance and technical support, including outsourced services, repair, etc.
• Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence – this department develops and implements solutions intended to improve the efficiency of businesses from different industry sectors.
