Moscow Accor Hotel Complex occupies a 14-storey building and has a total area of 35 thousand square meters. The complex is managed by the hotel operator Accor and comprises tree hotels that differ in terms of format and price: Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya 4* hotel, ibis Moscow Centre Bakhrushina hotel, and ADAGIO Moscow Paveletskaya” 4* aparthotel, Russia’s first hotel under this brand. Making part of a single complex, each hotel is independent, and has its own entrance and rooms. To select a provider of infrastructure, the customer invited bids fr om companies that could offer an end-to-end approach to the implementation of all ELV and IT systems, and had previous experience in Accor hotel projects.
One of the key requirements was integration with the hotels’ Opera PMS system.

According to Accor’s requirements, the LAN and Wi-Fi solution comprises two physically separated data networks — one for the guests and one for the administration. The Wi-Fi network fully meets Accor’s coverage needs. The capacity of the advanced telephone network is 590 analog ports for guest rooms and service areas, and 148 digital ports for personnel. The hotel complex is fully covered by a DECT-based wireless network, which makes hotel personnel available at all times.
For efficient operation of the building, the Beltel team implemented a Building Management System (BMS). The BMS has tools to view the status of engineering systems and enables control of those systems based on access rights. Such centralized access to information improves personnel efficiency and helps to reduce the building operation costs.
Safety of the guests is top priority for every hotelier. For early detection and prevention of emergency situations, the perimeter of the hotel complex is equipped with CCTV cameras that allow recording of HD video. To enable timely evacuation in the event of fire, Beltel provided two racks of amplifying and control equipment, approximately 1,200 loudspeakers of the public address system, and 100+ special sound alarms for disabled rooms. There are many other systems in the hotel complex that make it entirely safe and comfortable for both guests and employees.
Seven conference rooms of the hotel complex that vary in size are available to organizers of events. Four of them can be transformed into a single open-space area of 240 m2. All the rooms have state-of-the-art multimedia solutions. Every meeting room entrance is equipped with a Digital Signage monitor.
“We have been welcoming guests at our hotel complex for a year. Over this period, we saw for ourselves that the solutions provided by Beltel were of the highest quality and allowed our guests feeling comfortable and safe”, says Thierry Brinte, general manager, Combo Accor Hotels Moscow.
Beltel is also responsible for 24×7 technical support of the entire building infrastructure it provided.
